As a personal trainer with a background in healthcare, I’ve seen firsthand how many people struggle to bridge the gap between what they know they should do for their health and actually putting it into practice. Inside the clinic, patients often leave with a plan — but outside the clinic, real life makes it hard to stay consistent.

 

That’s where I come in. My mission is to help you navigate the challenges of fitness and nutrition, build sustainable habits, and create lasting change that feels realistic — not overwhelming. Whether your goals are improving strength, boosting energy, or developing a healthier relationship with food and movement, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

Education

Neurobiology and Psychology, BS

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in neurobiology and psychology from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. My academic background equips me with knowledge and practical skills to support clients effectively on their journeys.

Certifications

Personal Training and Nutrition 

As an ACE certified personal trainer, I adhere to the ethical standards and best practices to best support client growth. Moreover, having my Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification, I am able to not only prescribe appropriate nutrient recommendations but also help build sustainable habits.
