Refunds and Cancellations

At Bink Fitness and Nutrition, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching and support. To ensure clarity and fairness for both clients and coach, the following refund and cancellation policies apply:
Coaching Programs

All coaching programs (3-month, 6-month, 12-month, or custom) are non-refundable once purchased, unless otherwise required by law.

If you choose to discontinue coaching early, no partial refunds will be issued.

Payment plans must be completed in full, even if you stop participating before the end of the program.
Live Coaching Sessions (Zoom/Video Calls)

If the Coach cancels a session, it will be rescheduled at no extra cost.

Clients must cancel at least 24 hours before a scheduled session.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of that session, with no rescheduling or credit provided.
Rescheduling Policy

Sessions must be rescheduled within the same week if possible.

Unused sessions do not roll over into future months unless previously agreed upon.
Refunds

All sales are final unless required by law.

Refunds will not be issued for unused sessions or early termination by the Client.

Financing or installment plans, if offered, are treated as equivalent to full payment and must be completed in full.
Commitment Policy
By purchasing a coaching package, you are committing to the agreed-upon program length and payment terms. Consistency is key to your results, and your commitment ensures both your success and the sustainability of the coaching relationship.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund/Cancellation Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.”
